Cooking has been part of my life for more than 35 years.
But for me, it has never been only about food. It is about people, places and the moments we remember.

I love choosing fresh, seasonal ingredients. The market is one of my favourite places. It inspires me, connects me with the land and reminds me that the best dishes always start with great products.
COOKING IS MY LANGUAGE
In the kitchen I feel at home. It is where creativity, experience and intuition come together. I cook in a classic and honest way, with influences from my German roots and everything I have learned through years of international experience.
My goal is always the same:
to create dishes that are authentic, full of flavour and made to be shared.

As a private chef, I have the privilege of cooking in beautiful places, meeting wonderful people and being part of special moments. Whether it is a dinner at your villa, an event with friends or a relaxed meal by the sea, I always cook with the same intention: to make you feel at ease, well taken care of and completely at home.
For me, good food is not just about eating. It is about connection, joy and unforgettable moments around the table.
